Lindile is a multifaceted Woman who started work as a Sales Representative at AVON, after her graduations, she became a Store Manager Assistant at Milady’s mall of the north. She was later appointed at Roswika Multimedia as the Executive assistant to the CEO. Her work was so impeccable that she was promoted to be the Marketing Manager which drove the company to greater heights and this led to her promotion as an Assistant Manager at Roswika.
Lindile went on the seek further growth at The Kit Group Uniform Suppliers where she was appointed as Operations and Account Manager. Through her studies, life and work experiences Lindile has become an innovative, effective and compassionate leader.
She founded her first company in 2009, the Matkhu multi-trading and projects, a company that supplied goods throughout the province of Limpopo. Lindile is an entrepreneur, a born again christian and an activist. She is one of the co- founders and director of Ratson Youth Development, a non- profit organisation pioneering youth empowerment project in the Heritage, Arts and Culture sector for job creation, socio cohesion and capacity building for youth.
Lindile is currently the leader and Manager of Chen Women Empowerment, a Non- Profit Organisation which nurtures the social and economic empowerment for woman and Youth. The organisation provides tailoring, baking and beauty skills as aid for unemployment. Her objective is to raise the standard of living for woman and youth in disadvantaged communities of south Africa. She supports initiatives aimed at developing and supporting transformation led by woman and youth.
